Philosophy
St Nikola Panoramic Suites is the result of the cooperation
between members of an extended familywho largely envisioned
and implemented the construction of the building in 2023.
Similar respect had to be ensured in the natural landscape and
in the way it exists in the estate and the area.
Our wish is the discreet coexistence and the respect both between
the employees in the business and the visitors so as between our
task and its natural environment; especially what concerns natural
resources and common goods such as the management of energy,
water, waste. The orientation of the building as well as its design
contribute to the proper utilization of the cooling loads of the area,
contributing, with the necessary contribution from the guests, to a
reduction of the electric consumption, through the proper operation
of the air conditioners.
Moreover, by using energy-ecient devices (washing
machines, dryers, irons, light bulbs) and by adopting
in our everyday life practices such as recycling
(separating plastic, aluminum, glass) and economy of
natural resources of water and electricity, we can all
together reduce our environmental impact. In this
context, six solar collectors were installed ensuring a
sucient amount of hot water.
